OUR SHOP Trelawney Fish & Deli is in the heart of picturesque Newlyn, a small harbour village which is also one of the largest fishing ports in the country. A stone's throw from the Newlyn Fish Market, which comes to life at the 6am auction every weekday, we are ideally situated to bring you the best from the sea, celebrating Cornish fish and seafood, and bringing with it over 35 years of experience in the trade.
The shopfront at Trelawney Fish & Deli, with a mural by local sculptor Tom Leper. Shoals of carved fish frame the entrance.
What our customers like about Trelawney Fish & Deli “… we’re both chefs & we really like the chaps who work here – friendly & knowledgeable” Claire Thomson, Bristol, chef and author
A different perspective of Newlyn Harbour, showing the pontoons lined with small fishing boats, and the 19th century terraces behind.
“… the welcome & display of fish, which we can get sent home” Jacqueline, Greater Manchester We open six days a week, so come in and see our display of fresh fish, talk over your choices with our skilled fishmongers, and take a bit of Cornwall home with you to cook.
